Classify AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is registered in England and Wales (company number 16313124). We operate the website at essential-expenses.com (the “Site”). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data we collect #
Contact form #
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.
Analytics #
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This collects anonymised information including pages visited, time spent on pages, browser type and approximate location. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies #
The Site sets cookies to support analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Data retention #
Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with Google Analytics default settings.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no lawful reason to retain it
- Restriction — ask us to restrict processing of your data
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability — request your data in a portable format

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
